We just wanted to let you know that the patio roof which your company installed on May 1st exceeded our expectations.
Your installer, Les, did a fantastic job. Although weather conditions on the first day were far from ideal, he installed the poles, checked and double-checked all measurements, removed the gutters, and cleaned up the work area. This was all done while experiencing continual drizzle and wind.
He returned when scheduled the following day and completed the job. His attention to detail was exceptional. I watched the entire process and when I thought something looked good, he would explain why it was not acceptable to him and would correct or adjust as required to achieve a perfect fit or appearance. He cleaned up the work area before leaving and was courteous and knowledgeable the entire time.
On the day after the patio roof installation, the "gutter guys" (sorry, we don't know their names) arrived and finished the downspout connections etc. in record time. They too were extremely competent and polite.
The finished product is beautiful.
